TeleFlow MedicalRelay: Appointment Reminder Historical Detail (Per Call-out)

This screen shows detailed reporting of Appointment Reminder Call-Outs from a historical perspective.  It reviews calls made to patients where those patients chose to re-schedule their upcoming appointment, those calls made with confirmation and those calls received but without a confirmation touchtone provided by patient.  Date ranges are chosen with page load, and last responses are detailed per call-out.
