TeleFlow MedicalRelay: Appointment Reminder Reporting

This screen shows a sample Appointment Reminder Call-Outs from the previous few days.  It details calls made to patients where those patients chose to re-schedule their upcoming appointment, those calls made with confirmation and those calls received but without a confirmation touchtone provided by patient.  Historical data reporting is also available from this screen.
