enGenic offers two tiers of reseller program discounts for on-premise solutions:

Tier 1 Resellers:

Must have a minimum 1 year of experience in marketing software/voice hardware products and services, and be able to provide elementary support to their end-users.  Additionally, Tier 1 Resellers must demonstrate a minimum knowledge of telecommunication software, and be experienced with at least one of our three supported voice hardware suppliers: NMS Communications, Ai-Logix, or Dialogic/Intel.

Tier 2 Resellers:

In addition to the above requirements, Tier 2 Resellers must have a minimum of three years of marketing software/voice hardware products and services, as well as meet a minimum sales target before moving to this Reseller Tier.
